Introductory call with the local team that will become your partner. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your business and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Material handover
We look at growth numbers in the Gilion platform together with pitch decks, historic and forecasted financials, cap table and legal structure chart.
Term sheets delivered
Indicative term sheet
After the materials handover we will share indicative terms. This will give you high-level guidance on loan amount, structure and pricing.
Deep-dives, term crafting and negotiations
We will deep dive together into your business and financial performance. This is typically done over one or more calls with management. Together we will craft and negotiate final terms, agreed forecasts and general structure.
Final term sheet
We will share a final term sheet with key legal and commercial details. The term sheet is signed by company management with approval of the board. Following signing, we will seek final credit approval from our committee.
Loan documentation ready for board approval
We formalise the final documentation for signing based on the agreed term sheet. We will have a mutual agreement on loan and security documentation ready for board approval and signing.
Signing and payout
You will collect board approval and sign the loan and security documents. Once the closing checklist is completed, we will transfer the funds to your bank account typically within 24 hours.
