Victoria has a robust background in finance before joining the team in 2023. Prior to Gilion, she spent six years at SEB, primarily within Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets. During her tenure, she specialized in Asset-Backed Securities for both private and public large corporations and financial institutions.

Victoria's professional experience in structuring is highlighted by her passion for meeting entrepreneurs and helping them protect their cap tables while securing funds for future growth. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her work is hearing the stories of how entrepreneurs built their companies and their ambitions for the future. She believes in the importance of staying curious and continuously exploring new possibilities within the credit markets to find solutions that benefit both customers and Gilion.

Victoria’s personal belief for funding is that companies should have access to multiple funding sources and that credit professionals have a responsibility to ensure a sound credit market for all participants. Thereby, creating an opportunity to fund companies often overlooked by traditional banks.
