Seyran Sahin

Seyran has been a specialized lawyer within the banking and finance field since 2017. Before joining Gilion, Seyran worked in the banking and finance department of the prominent Swedish law firm Vinge. She is an expert in domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions and debt restructurings, having previously advised direct lending funds, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors on senior and subordinated facilities, as well as other structured finance products.

Seyran’s motivation to excel when working with entrepreneurs stems from their innovation and drive, helping them navigate legal and financial complexities to achieve their goals.
