Marcus brings a decade of experience in the financial industry to Gilion. Before joining Gilion, he served as an Associate Director at Nordea, and has been involved in numerous leveraged finance and corporate debt transactions, focusing on the small- and midcap segment. His experience spans larger club deals, IPO financings, delistings, and recapitalizations. Marcus holds a M.Sc. in Corporate and Financial Management from Lund University.
