Lydia comes from a background in investment banking, with nearly eight years at Pareto Securities. Starting as a sell-side equity analyst, she moved through trading to become a credit analyst focused on high yield bonds.
Her transition from analyst to investment manager at a fintech startup was natural due to her strong sales and analytical skills.
