Daniel Lorberbaum

Daniel Lorberbaum has a diverse professional background, beginning his career in economic policy before transitioning to the finance industry, where he has focused on lending to early-stage startups. With nine years of experience, Daniel has worked at Bank Leumi USA, Liquidity, before joining Gilion. His favorite part of the job is closing deals and witnessing the growth and success that the funding brings to the companies he works with.

Motivated by a desire to help entrepreneurs maintain ownership and control of their businesses, Daniel prefers debt to equity investments as he believes that providing funding, without diluting founder control and ownership, allows businesses to continue their trajectory and achieve their milestones independently. This “hands-off” approach underscores his philosophy: "if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it."
