Who can report?
In short, you can report misconduct if you are an employee, volunteer, trainee, active shareholder, person who is otherwise available for work under our control and management or is part of our administrative, management or supervisory body.
What can be reported?
We urge you to whistleblow if you suspect that misconduct is occurring within any part of Gilion, and there is a public interest in bringing this to light. Examples of misconduct that can be considered whistleblowing include:
- Corruption, intentional misreporting, fraud, theft, or other financial crimesSerious environmental crimes
- Major safety deficiencies in the workplace
- Other serious misconduct that concerns life or health.
If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy. You do not need evidence for your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.
How is the report handled?
The report is handled confidentially. All irrelevant personal data will be deleted, and the case will only be saved for as long as necessary. Reported cases are initially handled by Lindahl Law Firm to ensure independent case management. After the initial handling, internal investigators at our company may take over a report.
